Case studies

Evidence belongs with the shift.

Case studies should show the operational context, the control that stayed in place, and the recorded outcome — not just a polished claim.

Publication standard

Named stories, when they are ready.

We do not have a published customer case study to share yet. When a team agrees to be named, we will publish the operating context, the controls used, and what changed — with enough detail to evaluate it.

What we will show

A case study should be useful before it is impressive.

Each published story will make clear what the venue needed, where the manager kept control, and how the coverage decision was recorded.

  1. 01

    The operational context

The kind of shift, roster system, team constraints, and call-off pattern the venue was working with.

  2. 02

    The control that remained

The eligibility, availability, rest, and roster rules Sofia followed — plus when she escalated instead of acting.

  3. 03

    The recorded outcome

The offers made, responses received, and roster write or manager decision that followed, with any limits stated plainly.

For your evaluation

Start with the shift you need to cover.

Bring the coverage decision, the roster system that owns it, and the rule that cannot be broken. We will discuss the workflow directly rather than substitute a generic story for your operating reality.

Next step

Read the product workflow, then tell us about the call-off or coverage change you want to make accountable.
