Each franchisee. Their own line.
Franchisees are separate businesses. Each store gets the same line, at the same $200, in its own workspace.
Each franchisee runs their own workspace. Each store gets the same line at $200.
What usually goes wrong
Franchisees are separate businesses
They employ their own staff and carry their own liability, so a shared employee list is the wrong model for cover.
Head office hears about the gap too late
The call-off is handled in a local thread. The roster the franchisee opens still shows the person who cannot come in.
A brand rate becomes a second price
Franchise groups get quoted a different plan for the same job: answer the store line and write the accepted change.
What Sofia does about it
Their own store line
Each franchisee’s store has its own number after they subscribe. Staff call or text it. A text to that number is the same cover.
SofiaThe accepted change stays on their roster
Sofia offers qualified people already on that venue team and writes the yes back to the roster that franchisee already runs.
The same $200
There is no franchise tier. Unlimited staff at that store. Cancel in Settings.
Questions, answered
Can one person work for two franchisees?
Yes. A user can be a member of multiple organizations under a single login and switch between them. Membership and role are held per organization.
Can head office see into a franchisee’s workspace?
Only by being a member of it. Access is granted per organization, so visibility is explicit rather than implied by the brand.
Is there a franchise price?
No. The store line is $200 per store per month, for one site or many. This site does not publish a line to call.
