One store. One week.

Analytics reports one store and one week. Schedule is always in the report. Time, leave, payroll, the till, and the store line join only when those products are on. A missing section is not included, not a zero week.

What is in a workforce report?

A report covers one store and one week. Schedule is always included. Time, leave, payroll, the till, and the store line each add a section only when that product is on. A missing section is not included. It is not a zero week. Staff messages are not counted. Till sales in the report are sales only and exclude tips. Saving the report does not change the roster, punches, the till, or a pay run.

Which sections appear

A product that is off leaves its section out. The report does not invent a zero.

Which sections appear
SectionWhen it appears
ScheduleAlways. Scheduled hours and the shifts on the week.
TimeWhen Time is on. Approved hours, not a blank week written as zero.
LeaveWhen Leave is on.
PayrollWhen Payroll is on. The report does not lodge tax or write a bank file.
TillWhen POS is on. Sales only. Tips are excluded. Card payments were taken somewhere else.
Store lineWhen Sofia is on. Calls on that store’s line. This site does not publish a line to call.

A missing section is not included, not a zero week. Saving stores this week and does not change the other products.

1

This week, and the week before

Every section can show the previous week’s figure under the live number. That line is computed again. It is not stored as a second report. An admin can total saved reports across stores for the week: scheduled hours, approved hours, till sales, and calls. A saved section that was empty because the product was off adds nothing.

  • One store and one week on the report a manager saves
  • Previous week is computed, not a stored twin
  • All-stores totals add saved reports only
  • Staff messages are not in the report

Where each scorecard number comes from

Each cell names its source. A product that is off leaves that cell out. A missing section is not included, not a zero week.

Where each scorecard number comes from
CellSource
Scheduled hoursAgainst the forecast. History of shift hours, half-life 3 weeks, named exceptions left out. The forecast does not read sales.
Approved hoursAgainst scheduled hours, when Time is on.
LaborAgainst the typed plan, and against till sales when POS is on. Tips stay out of sales.
PremiumsCents booked in the fair-workweek ledger that week.
FillOpen gaps, claims, swaps, and voice fills. The median minutes to a yes come from the call log.
TrendUp to eight saved weeks. A week nobody saved is absent. Computing the trend does not create a report.

Saving does not write back to the roster, punches, the till, or a pay run. Staff messages are not counted.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Why is a section missing instead of zero?

A missing section is not included. The product is off, so the week is not a zero week. Schedule is the section that is always there.

Does saving a report change the roster or a pay run?

No. Saving stores the week and refreshes the totals. It does not change the roster, punches, the till, or a pay run.

Are staff messages in the report?

No. Staff messages are not counted. Time, leave, payroll, the till, and the store line appear only when those products are on.

Does a report invent sales, tax, or message volume?

No. The report does not invent award rates, tax, message volume, or a till figure the till did not store. Tips stay out of sales. A week nobody saved is absent. Saving does not write back to the roster or a pay run.
